La confiserie Joris est un monument de l’histoire de la confiserie belge, fondée en 1938 dans la région bruxelloise, qui propose depuis quatre générations des confiseries d’excellente qualité, dans le respect de la tradition et de méthodes de fabrication entièrement manuelles, en utilisant des ingrédients de qualité optimale.
La confiserie Joris est l’une des rares entreprises à utiliser encore de la gomme arabique brute comme matière première. Nous trouvons également de l’anis qui est incorporé dans certaines recettes et des baies de sureau reconnues pour soulager la gorge et le nez en cas de rhume.
